李婉嘉任奥纬咨询保险业务董事合伙人，常驻香港办公室。
李婉嘉在金融业战略及转型领域拥有超过十年的经验。她与众多亚洲和美国的保险企业及银行展开合作，执行包括企业战略、增长和创新、数字化转型、运营模式设计、风险和合规等在内的管理咨询项目。

Before re-joining Oliver Wyman, Louisa was an insurance industry executive. Most recently, she was the Insurance Lead of Hong Kong and Macau for a global technology giant. Louisa previously worked with a leading international insurer as Vice President of the global strategy team and was a member of the global risk management leadership team based in New York.
Louisa began her career with Oliver Wyman’s New York office, focused on financial services. Since then, she has lived in Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong, leading projects across Asia and North America.
Louisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada.

李婉嘉的职业生涯始于奥纬咨询的纽约办公室，专注于金融服务业。此后，她先后定居北京、上海和香港，带领团队开展在亚洲和北美的项目。
李婉嘉拥有加拿大滑铁卢大学的数学及精算学学士学位和加拿大劳瑞尔大学的工商管理学士学位。
